  • Jong-Seon No was born in Korea on January 1, 1959. He received his BS and MSEE degrees in Department of Electronics Engineering from Seoul National University in 1981 and 1984, respectively, and Ph.D. degree from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA in 1988.
  • Career
  • He was a senior MTS at Hughes Network Systems from 1988 to 1990, and he joined the faculty member of Department of Electronic Engineering, Konkuk University, Seoul Korea, 1990, where he was working as an associate professor. He is a faculty member of the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Seoul National University.

  • Signal Design for Digital Communication Systems, PN Sequences, Difference Sets, Error Correcting Codes, LDPC Codes, Space Time Codes, OFDM, Cryptography, Mobile Radio Communication Systems
