Organic Semiconductor Lab

Prof. : Prof. Lee, Changhee

Research Area : 전자물리 및 레이저

  • About the Laboratory & Research Area
  • Organic semiconductors have attracted considerable attention due to their excellent optical and electrical properties as well as good processing methods. Organic light-emitting diodes (OLED) have been already commercialized, and organic thin film transistors (OTFT) have been considered as a long term solution for the flexible and low-cost electronics. Furthermore, organic photovoltaic cells (OPV) have shown their potential as the next generation solar cells. Our lab is conducting the research on device engineering based on the deep understanding of intrinsic properties of organic semiconductor. Also, we recently focus on the developing the next generation LED and PV based on quantum-dots and organic-inorganic hybrid materials.
